Subscription & Refund Policy

This Policy governs payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds for Nano Banana Editor (the “Service”) operated at https://nanobananaeditor.ai.

By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Plans & Billing Cycle

We offer three subscription tiers—Starter, Pro, and Premium—each available on weekly, monthly, or annual billing cycles.
Each combination grants a different quota of image credits, storage, feature access, and support level. Full plan details appear on the Pricing page and may change with 15 days’ notice.

2. Trials & Promotional Credits

New accounts do not receive free credits by default. From time to time, we may run promotions that grant complimentary or discounted credits. Such credits may carry expiry dates and non-transferability; specific terms will be shown at the time of the offer.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (or by emailing [email protected] if self-service is unavailable).
Cancellations stop future renewals; your current term remains active until its end. We do not pause or partially cancel an active term.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds Are Available When:

Accidental Duplicate Charges – If you were charged twice by mistake, we issue a full refund. Please email us within 7 days of the duplicate charge.

Continuous Service Outages – When the Service experiences an outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we provide partial refunds or credit extensions to compensate for downtime.

Annual Plans (Early Cancellation) – If requested within 3 days of purchase, annual plans are eligible for prorated refunds based on unused credits/time. Payment processor fees and used credits are excluded.

Billing Errors or Unauthorized Transactions – Contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time (typically 7–14 days) and we will investigate promptly.

Refunds Are Not Available When:

  • Weekly or Monthly plans once purchased (regardless of usage).
  • Dissatisfaction with output quality (AI results may vary).
  • Unused time or credits remaining in your term.
  • Accounts in violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Requests made after the applicable refund window specified above.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks/payment providers may take up to 10 business days to post funds.

5. How to Request a Refund or Credit

Email [email protected] from your registered address and include:

  1. Order ID,
  2. Reason for the request,
  3. Desired resolution (refund or credit).
    We respond within 3–5 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, you must contact us so we can review and resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Digital Goods & Returns

The Service delivers digital goods (image generation and editing). There are no physical returns. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiry as stated on the Pricing or offer page.

8. Taxes, Pricing Changes & Currency

Prices may exclude taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) which are added where required. We may update pricing with 15 days’ notice for renewals. Exchange-rate fluctuations and processor fees are outside our control.

9. Policy Changes

We may revise this Policy from time to time; the latest version always applies. Material changes will be announced 15 days in advance (email or in-app notice).
